Beschreibung
In einer kleinen Stadt betreibt die exzentrische Witwe Lilith ihre erfolgreiche Spezialitätenkonditorei namens "Das Lebkuchenhaus". Die junge Gretel arbeitet dort und hat Probleme daheim mit Vaters neuer Flamme, der bösen Stiefmutter in spe. Lilith bietet Gretel darauf vorübergehend Unterkunft in ihrer Villa draußen im Wald, und Gretel nimmt dankend an. Dabei ahnt Gretel nicht, dass Lilith ein düsteres Geheimnis hütet und keineswegs so freundlich ist, wie es den Anschein hat. Das bekommt als erster Gretel Kifferbruder Hänsel zu spüren.
