Zwei oder mehr Spieler:innen platzieren solange Kreaturen und Orte auf dem Spielfeld, bis alle Felder belegt sind. Kreaturen bändigen andere Kreaturen< um sich herum. Orte, Zauber und aktive sowie passive Tamer-Effekte beeinflussen das Spielgeschehen.
Wer am Ende die meisten Kreaturen gebändigt hat, gewinnt.
Decks bestehen aus 30 Karten und einer Tamer-Karte, die die Fraktion (die „Farbe“) des Decks bestimmt.
Nur Karten aus der gewählten Fraktion und neutrale Karten dürfen in das Deck gemischt werden.


Grundspiel besteht aus:
- 2 Doppelseitige Spielbretter
- 5 Decks a 31 Karten
- 2 Token Tableaus enthalten 200 Tokens
- 1 Fraktions Tableaus
- 1 Regelbuch
